Shipping Terms:

* All orders are processed from Monday to Sunday.

* Once we receive your full payment, your products will be shipped within 24 hours by EMS (or DHL,TNT,and UPS).
The packages will reach your door within 3 to 7 business days under normal circumstances.

* We will provide you the tracking numbers within 24 hours after the packages are shipped.The tracking numbers can be used to check the shipping status online.

Receiving Terms:

* We will provide you the information about the merchandises which you order in time,If you have any questions, Please contact us before you sign for the package. Once you sign for the package,It means you don't have any questions and accept the merchandises which we send you.

* All packages must be signed for picking up If nobody is at home your local post office or delivery company may hold your package for pick up within short time or they may return the package to sender. For some instances(not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package.

* We are not responsible for, if your packages are returned to us by courier due to your reason(for example: not at home, do not sign for the package on purpose.)
