Compensation Policy:
* If there are any defects with products or they are damaged on shipping, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will evaluate and compensate for your loss.( You must provide us the clear photos of product which is defective or damaged.)
* In very rare instances, if your packages are seized ( detained, sequestrated or destroyed ) by CHINA CUSTOMS ( We are not responsible for that.), but we guarantee to re-send the packages to you without question.
* In very rare instances, if your packages are seized ( detained, sequestrated or destroyed ) by YOUR COUNTRY CUSTOMS ( We are not responsible for that.), but we can make up 15% loss toward to your next order.
* In very rare instances, there will be a customs charge applied to your package ( We are not responsible for that. ), but we can make up 10% customs charge toward to you next order.( You must provide us the clear photos of legal customs receipt.)
* Any claims of compensation must be submitted to us within 3 business days after delivery. You must notify us by either e-mail or MSN Messenger. We will not be responsible for, if notified after 3 business days.
Compensation will not be applied to such circumstances as below:
* Delay, damage or loss caused by force majeure. * Items already delivered with intact rapping and delivery procedures fulfilled in accordance with regulations. * Delay due to the courier or customs. * Compensation claimed out of the period of validity ( within 3 days of receiving your order ) and during which inquiries had not been requested. * The items are seized ( detained, sequestrated or destroyed ) by country ( or customs ) of destination in the light of their law. * Any charges applied to the package by the customs. |
